1984 Citroën 2cv Charleston Sold

1984 Charleston.This lovely little car is for sale as I have other projects I want to spend the money on.Tested until Next March but then Test and Tax free .I have had lots of 2CV’s since the early 70’s this one runs as sweet as any of them.Steering rack and gearbox recon by Rick Pembro ,Galvanised Chassis, Electronic ignition ,Screen surround replaced about 6 yrs ago .bonnet hinge very good.just had £2900 spent on sills C posts and rear seat and inner wing repairs at Jono’s. 104,000 miles so nearly run in.has little bits of surface rust and some deterioration on the drivers side front wing.Starts instantly ,just a lovely proper old 2CV. The paint work is faded and touched up But Remember this can be run as is for years NO Test needed.Lots of receipts for work carried out over the years.It’s my daily runner at the moment.so I shall miss it loads but buying a modern car at last due to my wife needing a bit more comfort!! any trial you want or can take it for inspection at your local 2CV specialist (within reasonable distance from S71.) I’m open to any discussions or questions.It is not a show car but lovely.
