1967 Citroen Ami 6 Break
Up for sale is my fantastic little Ami 6 which I have spent a fortune to get to this standard!
When I bought the car 2 years ago it had been nicely resprayed and has lasted really well with only a couple of blemishes, and the drivers seat had been reupholstered so cosmetically was really nice.
Mechanically the car needed plenty of work, initially it only seemed like it needed the carb and a few other bits sorting but as time went on that turned into a different story.
At first the car needed a clutch which was fitted, plus the engine was fully serviced – and a 123 electronic ignition.
I then used the car for a while but when driving to Run to the Sun in Newquay the gearbox decided to blow up. After this it was fitted with a replacement Dyane gearbox. While replacing the gearbox, the Citroen was fitted with a new clutch, fly wheel, discs, pads and brake calipers. Has had an endless amount of new parts. £8995 but open to offers
