1964 Citroën 2CV Fourgonette For Sale

Selling this fabulous 1964 2CV @Fourgonette project on behalf of the family owner. We believe it to be pretty sound structurally and was bought as a runner circa 2012 from the Soup du Jour company who ran it as their company vehicle in the Plymouth area selling sandwiches. Our dear friend John started to strip it down ready to restore it as his daily driver ready for his retirement alongside a Volvo 240 estate that he was also working on . He wanted to be known as the “old car man “ Sadly this was not to be as we lost him very quickly to cancer 3 years ago and it is now time for the family to part with his vehicles. We believe we can find the relevant parts on site at their home located 12 miles south of Reading between the M4 and M3. It is in a dry garage where is has been parked and worked on since 2012 . It is 425cc and should be treated as a non runner requiring a trailer and restoration. From what we can see it is fairly sound structurally, chassis, bonnet hinge etc and is UK registered with V5c but you should obviously make your own checks before purchase. Small dents either side to inside cab header rail (only visible inside when looking up and pictured here) It has a lovely patina which may be preferable to a repaint!
