Citroën 2cv Special Sold

Sadly, I’m selling my car due to building it to a much higher standard than I can realistically use as an everyday vehicle. I intended keeping the car (I was building it for myself) but it’s just that it’ll get very little use (Sunday best type of thing). I’ve owned it many years and it provides many happy memories.
The rebuild has very recently been completed, car flew through MOT a few weeks ago and was tested last week by going on a 500 mile week long holiday to the Lynn Peninsula and back to Sheffield … faultless.

Original Citroen chassis in Mint condition. I specifically wanted this for the difference in ride qualiy (I have two other cars with galvanized chassis).
Complete bodyshell rebuild/paint.
Engine rebuilt completely starting from vapour blasted crank cases and cylinder heads. Bretille 9.0:1 pistons and barrels, new Valeo fuel pump, oil cooler etc.
One of my completely rebuilt carbs.
Ceramic coated manifold (no rust or pitting)
New kingpins, wheel bearings, premium driveshaft gaiters etc
New wheels/tyres
New exhaust system/fixings
New shocks
New Matts Soft Tops roof
New Matts Soft Tops seat covers and matching vinyl door cards
Many powder coated parts including all engine tinware.
New bumpers
All nuts/bolts/washers, all steel parts re-plated to original finish or new.
