Reduced from its resting place of 23 years 1974 Dyane
Good points first
Brown dash top along with the special rare steering wheel also in brown along with brown speedo surround
Stainless boot trim with Citroen written on it again another rare part
Metal grill and correct muff
Rod linkage Twin choke carb
Front door window channels and windscreen with rubber
Relatively rust and dent free bonnet and tailgate
Ignition barrel with keys
Front bench seat
Passenger front door in good condition rust and dent free
Drivers side front has suffered from the usual opened to far and caught on the front quarter panel
Engine turns over but not started yet
Unfortunately that’s about it
The bad points
Chassis has rusted through the top skin where the lower bulk head sits but the underneath looks solid with no obvious bulges in the usual places
Body work
Drivers front door suffered from the usual opening to far
Passenger front door good
Rear doors are dented but no rust
All four wings dented and rusty
Bulkhead has issues below the scuttle. At least the driver’s side floor and both sills at the back end
Both C pillars are non existent in fact the door seals are all that’s holding the C pillars in place boot floor looks ok but the underside of the seat box is gone.
My heart says it can be saved in fact it really ought to be
I have a pair of inner rear wings and other panels available at extra cost
