This gasket is often overlooked when fitting a mirror to a 2CV or Dyane. Without it, (or if the original is in poor condition), the mirror assembly will rotate against the door and damage the paintwork.
(As far as we are aware nobody else sells these separately from a complete mounting block assembly).
