Boyer Bransden Electronic Ignition, 6v/12v

Boyer Bransden are very highly regarded producers of good quality electronic ignition systems and other products.  This is the electronic ignition system that they recommend for the Citroën 2cv and is equally ideal for almost any older negative-earth 6 or 12 volt car which has a coil & points ignition system.

Points-assisted inductive discharge electronic ignition. Simple to fit, with just 4  connections.  Points life is normally extended beyond 25,000 miles and more energy reaches the spark plug for improved combustion and m.p.g.  Sometimes the improvement in efficiency is made immediately apparent by an increase in idle speed, (which can be corrected by simply turning down the idle adjustment on the carburettor).

From the manufacturer, the unit comes with full instructions and just a small selection of spade-type wiring connectors.
