Orders placed before 6pm are normally dispatched on the following weekday, (excluding holidays / event attendance).
The number of days estimated in the shipping options below are from dispatch and are based on Royal Mail guidance. For overseas orders, any time spent in customs is not included in this guidance, as this can vary considerably.
EU / EEA: Due to the effects of brexit, the GPSR Regulations (13/12/24) mean that we are no longer able to fulfil website orders from the EU / EEA. However, we have a small stock of some items in France, so may be able to ship some items to the EU from France. Please contact us for more information.
USA: Due to Trump's recent decision to abolish the tax exemption that allowed small packages worth less than $800 to enter the US duty-free, and the uncertainties and delays that this is causing, orders are currently suspended to the United States. We do not currently know when this will change or how much tax the US authorities will charge to recipients.
