Orders placed before 6pm are normally dispatched on the following weekday, (excluding holidays / event attendance).
The number of days estimated in the shipping options below are from dispatch and are based on Royal Mail guidance. For overseas orders, any time spent in customs is not included in this guidance, as this can vary considerably.
EU / EEA customers: Due to brexit, the changes in GPSR Regulations (13/12/24) mean that we are no longer able to fulfil website orders from the EU / EEA. However, we have a small stock of some items in France, so may be able to ship some items to the EU from France. Please contact us for more information.
USA customers: Due to Trump's recent decision to abolish your “de minimis” tax exemption, you can no longer import goods with a value of under $800 tariff-free. In addition, as no system to calculate & collect your tariff payment was set up in preparation for this change, (or since), we can no longer ship to you because the resulting uncertainty & huge delays quickly led shipping companies to suspend services to the US indefinitely. We are sorry to have lost our US customers and hope that your current difficulties there can be resolved asap.
