1985 Citroën 2cv Charleston For Sale

Citroen 2CV 1985 Charleston black and maroon. Long MOT. 129000 miles. 123 electronic ignition. Tow bar. Galvanized chassis. Unusual number plate B248 WOW. Runs well and starts on the button. This is not a concours vehicle but is in reasonable condition, the floors and sills have been worked on but are solid. There is a bit of corrosion in the offside rear inner wing and the nearside rear inner door. The nearside rear wing has been repaired and there is a little crunch just above the rear bumper. The corrosion came with the car when I bought it 12 years ago and doesn’t seem any worse now as the car is garaged. The vent panel isn’t great but it doesn’t leak. All the seat rubbers have been changed and the seat covers are OK. The Matt roof is fine and the car has a heated rear screen. There is a boot luggage rack. I have a box of odd spares, oil filters, front wheel bearing still in it’s wrapping, grease gun and other odds and ends which you tend to accumulate with an old car. If you want them I’ve a set of metric open and ring spanners up to 18mm and a bloody great socket for the rear hubs. Car ramps also.
It has been a great little car, really good fun but due to a rapidly advancing illness it’s time for a new home.
